Events

The backbone of the NUTRILAB training programme is a series of seasonal schools, addressing various topics in food labeling methodology. In addition to them, two more discipline-specific seminars will be organized, one in the first half and another on the second half of the project. will be organized 8 events, in all participant countries. The target audience of the series is researchers from EU and outside of Europe, working with food labeling, food processing, food security. The purpose of the NUTRILAB seasonal schools is to provide within a reasonably compact timeframe as a thorough and exhaustive treatment as possible of various topics in food labeling, but from a particular angle in each case.
